18 years ago today, Eugen Fuhrmann and Doug Bebell opened the doors to Mystic Fish and filled the void of high quality seafood in the Palm Harbor area. Serving creative small plates, specials and entrées you won't find at other restaurants and sourcing the best ingredients, freshest seafood and produce available.
With a simple concept to start with - "bring the freshest seafood in the area and not cover it up, but enhance the flavor with a hint of seasonings"
Since then, we've gained the reputation for serving some of the freshest and most delectable seafood around town. Although seafood is our specialty, Mystic Fish provides a nice selection of steaks, lamb and chicken dishes - prepared with delicious seasonings to tease your palate.
The team at Mystic Fish, from the back of the house to the front of the house, would like to give a huge 'Thank You' to our Palm Harbor area guests and regulars for your continued patronage over the past 18 years. And though our menu may change, the product remains the same: Exceptional.
